Dr. James W. Kirkconnell Dr. James W. Kirkconnell graduated from the University of Houston College of Optometry in 1984. He did his internship at the Naval Regional Medical Center in New Orleans, and he did his undergraduate work at Louisiana State University. While at UHCO, he took electives in Low Vision, contact lenses, and pediatric vision. He is a member of the American Optometric Association, Tennessee Optometric Association, and Bellevue Chamber of Commerce. He enjoys fishing, tennis, basketball, music, and keeping up with his and wife Linda's golden retriever and Shi Tzu. They have two sons and three grandchildren.

Allen Lasley Allen is our ABOC licensed optician. He has 25 years of optical experience. He is skilled at frame selection, adjustments, and repair. He also is a craftsman and runs our in-house optical finishing lab, which allows us to provide faster service to our glasses patients.

Barb Paugh Barb has been an executive administrative assistant for 10 years. She brings her skills in customer service and business administration to Bellevue Eyecare Center. She attended Ohio State University and Columbus State Community College obtaining an education in both Theater/Liberal Arts and Graphic Design. She is a graduate of Groveport Madison High School in Columbus, Ohio.

Jessica Beach Jessica is our optician/tech. She likes working with people, and her sense of caring and humor always puts patients at ease. She has a flair for style and enjoys helping patients select the right frame for the best look and fit.
